A refreshed Insight dashboard for the Scale plan

With the September 2026 update we refreshed the Linkflow Insight dashboard, available on the Scale plan and above. Here are the main changes and three settings we recommend Scale customers try right away.

What changed

Approval process analytics view

Average time per approval step, stalled requests and send-back rates on one screen. Filter by approver to see exactly which step on which route is slowing things down.

Budget alerts

Set a budget-consumption threshold per department and category and notify owners when a breach is likely. Spot overruns before month-end.

Better report scheduling

In addition to weekly and monthly, reports can now go out on any day and time. Deliver the pack the evening before the management meeting.

For Scale plan customers

Everything above is included at no extra cost. Under Insight › Dashboard settings we recommend:

1. Check the three routes with the most stalled requests in the process analytics view
2. Set budget alerts on your main expense and purchasing categories
3. Schedule the monthly report for the day before your management meeting

For Starter plan customers

Insight is available on the Scale plan and above. Plan changes take effect the same day with no data migration. See pricing or talk to your account manager.
