Hibiki Kizai Co., Ltd. handles everything an exhibition, conference or ceremony needs: renting the equipment, building the booth, and storing and delivering it all afterwards. With 18,000 items in stock, our own technical crew runs around 2,400 events a year.

Booths & Venue Setup
From a single-module system booth to large custom-built stands, shareholder meetings and ceremonies. We design, build and strike everything in-house.
Storage & Delivery
Keep booth parts and promotional fixtures in our warehouse until the next show. Dedicated storage bays start at ¥30,000 a month, with direct delivery to venues.

How it works
- Get in touch: tell us the dates, venue, headcount and equipment you have in mind, via the form or chat
- Briefing and site survey: if needed, we visit the venue to check power capacity and load-in routes (free in Kanto, Chubu and Kansai)
- Quote: within two business days you get an itemized quote covering equipment, crew and delivery
- Delivery and setup: day-before load-in and early-morning setup are no problem, and our crew runs the show
- Strike and return: we take everything down and collect it after the event. Storage clients' items go straight back to the warehouse
